Production time is typically:
  • 3–5 business days for small orders
  • 7–12 business days for larger or bulk orders

Shipping time is additional. Rush options may be available — contact us before placing your order.

Preferred file formats:
  • PNG (300 DPI, transparent background)
  • AI or EPS files
  • JPEG (background will be printed unless specified on the notes section)
  • DST (required for Embroidery) If you have your DST file already, please contact us via e-mail.
Sizes typically range from:
  • Toddler to Plus Sizes. Size charts are available on each product page.

Items are custom made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind

However, we will replace or refund items if:

  • There is a printing defect
  • The wrong item was sent

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
