At Print Merch, we prioritize speed, accuracy, and professional fulfillment. Whether you’re ordering for your brand, business, or event, our logistics are built to deliver reliably across Canada and the United States.

1. Order Processing Times

Print-On-Demand Orders

Production time: 2–5 business days
(Depending on decoration method: DTG, DTF, embroidery, screen print, etc.)

Bulk & Custom Orders

Production time: 3–10 business days
(Timelines confirmed at time of approval.)

Blank Apparel Orders

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST ship same business day (in-stock items only).

Production time and shipping time are separate.

2. Shipping Transit Times

Canada

  • Standard: 1–5 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days

United States

  • Standard: 2–6 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and USPS.

Transit times may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

3. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders over:

  • Canada: Orders over $100 CAD
  • USA: Orders over $100 USD

(Excludes oversized freight and special-order items.)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email
  • Real-time carrier updates
  • Estimated delivery date

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to activate.

5. White-Label & Blind Shipping

For brands and resellers, we offer:

  • Blind shipping (no Print Merch branding)
  • Custom packing slips (optional)
  • Direct-to-customer fulfilment
  • Multiple-package order routing

Your customers will never see our branding unless requested.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship within:

  • Canada
  • United States

7. Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, orders may ship in multiple packages if:

  • Items are produced in different departments
  • Items are fulfilled from different warehouses
  • Partial items are ready earlier

You will receive tracking for each shipment.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive for fast fulfillment, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • High-volume seasonal demand
  • Customs processing (U.S./Canada cross-border)

Print Merch is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package leaves our facility.

9. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Re-shipping fees may apply
  • Returned shipments will incur additional postage charges

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  1. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos (if damaged).
  3. We will open a carrier claim on your behalf.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

11. Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders from Canada)

U.S. orders may occasionally be subject to customs inspection.

Print Merch is not responsible for customs fees or delays imposed by border agencies.
