Returns & Refund Policy

Last Updated: [January 1, 2026]At Print Merch, every order is produced with precision and quality control. Because most of our products are custom-made, our return policy is structured to protect both our customers and our production process.
Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom Printed & Decorated Items (FINAL SALE)
All custom-decorated products are final sale, including:
- DTG printed garments
- DTF transfers
- Screen printed apparel
- Embroidery
- Private label / white-label products
- Bulk custom orders
Because these items are produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Customer resale issues
- Event cancellations
- Minor color variations
- Slight print placement shifts
By approving your artwork and completing checkout, you confirm acceptance of final production.
2. Blank Apparel Returns (Eligible)
Blank, undecorated apparel may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items are in original packaging
- No tags removed
- No visible wear or odor
Approved returns are subject to:
- 15% restocking fee
- Return shipping at customer expense
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly produced
- You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the defect
If approved, we will:
- Replace the item, OR
- Issue store credit, OR
- Issue a refund (at our discretion)
Print Merch reserves the right to inspect and verify claims before issuing compensation.
4. Color & Print Variations
- Fabric dye lots
- Monitor displays
- Print method (DTG vs screen vs embroidery)
- Material composition
Minor variations in color or placement do not qualify as defects.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a physical sample was approved.
5. Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts before ordering.
Print Merch is not responsible for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Shrinkage within manufacturer tolerance
- Fit expectations
We recommend ordering samples before large bulk runs.
6. White-Label & Reseller Orders
For white-label and blind-shipped orders:
- The reseller assumes responsibility for end-customer issues.
- Print Merch will only address production defects.
We do not accept returns due to your customer dissatisfaction.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if:
- Production has not started.
Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
Custom items cannot be canceled after approval.
8. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Legal recovery action
- Collections processing
We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
10. International & Cross-Border Orders
Duties, customs fees, or brokerage charges are non-refundable.
Print Merch is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost business
- Event deadlines
- Resale losses
- Customer resale disputes

Return requests sent after the 7-day window may be denied.
